Roth's Burrowing Cockroach

Byrsotria rothi are one of the thickest roaches in the hobby. Both nymphs and adults are plump. By mass, they are one of the largest species around. Females have budwings, while males have wings covering most of their abdomens. Both are incapable of flight and climbing glass or plastic. Males display a range of colors from caramel to dark chocolate. Females have a coloration similar to hissers. A pale cream band border lines the front edge of their pronotum. Like their name suggests, Roth's Burrowing Cockroach hide in a substrate if it is provided to them.

Small nymphs, $2 each.

Sorry, no shipping to Florida or Tennessee.
